Order enquiries
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damaged or incorrect goods, include a short description and clear photographs where reasonably possible. Never email complete payment-card details or account passwords.
Return instructions
For an authorised return destination, email support@cyrilunedining.com before sending any item. The company business address is not a customer return address.
Please request return instructions before sending an item so that we can provide the correct authorisation, destination and prepaid return method. We pay the reasonable approved return or exchange cost.
